POSITION : National Key Accounts Manager- Ecommerce

REPORTS TO : Head of Ecommerce

  • KEY PURPOSE
E commerce channel has seen phenomenal changes and scale up over the last few years and the key source of growth of this channel has been driven by National key accounts .This position is responsible for handling Key Accounts for E-Commerce Channel at a National level. Strong relationship building , planning of disproportionate growth strategies and execution of these plans with National key customers to achieve high profitable growth. This position is the ideal fit for quick learners, highly ambitious and driven individuals, and candidates with strong urge for scaling up businesses in an unrestrained manner. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulating the Ecommerce channel sales strategy & ambitious growth plans in line with business strategy.
  • Building long term sustainable relationships with strategic account partners and negotiating favourable terms of trade with them.
  • Designing On platform marketing and trade promotion interventions in line with the Ecommerce sales strategy and overall business strategy.
  • Developing category management strategies to enhance selling effectiveness and increasing trials
  • Coordinating Social Media and other off-channel activation for our categories through formulating future-oriented performance marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Formulating effective sales policies and procedures specific to the ecommerce customers.
  • Liaising with internal regional Sales teams to ensure higher brand penetration through central and regional E Commerce platforms.
  • Achieving planned sales and profitability by brand and customer.
  • Ensuring effective spends in driving sales and strengthening our brands.
  • Creating strategies and making recommendation in driving strategic brand sales
  • Launching new products as per plan within allocated budgets/ resources

  • INCUMBENT PROFILE
  • Minimum qualification: MBA in Marketing from a reputed B-School , with 5-8 years of experience
  • Necessary experience of handling E Commerce channel customers and devising strategies for brand growth in E commerce platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical rigour . Passion for growth and fast learner.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication & people management skills
