As a Developer in the Index Management Workflow team, the individual will be working with a team of developers to implement workflow automation solutions to support the strategic growth of the Index business. Role Responsibilities Designs, develops, and delivers software solutions that align with architecture, operational and risk processes Identifies, prioritises, and executes tasks in the software development life cycle Develops tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code Ensures high quality product through the validation and verification testing of functional and non-functional requirements Collaborates with internal teams (including Product Owners/Business and other tech teams) and vendors to fix and improve products Communicates with clarity, precision, and influence, presenting complex information in a concise format that is audience appropriate. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of development and design experience in IBM BPM 8.6v OR IBM Business Automation Workflow. Should possess good hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (IBM BAW) - Process Designer, Process Portal, Workflow Centre. Working experience on user interfaces using BPM coaches and coach views, Spark UI, dashboards and reports. Experience modelling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, -- Implementing UCAs, Ajax, Generic System Services. Should have knowledge with BPM Rest UI and all BPM Rest API's. Programming language preferably: Java and JavaScript. Good knowledge in Database (writing Queries, stored Procedures) Experience in software development methodologies and Agile based delivery Some experience of Business and Technical Analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills Desired Experience Designing headless approach BAW integrations with Angular 2+ Business / Sector expertise Experience in financial services with an understanding of financial market data would be beneficial The candidate will have a management reporting line based in London within Shared Technology division.
