We are looking forward to hire SAP ABAP HANA Professionals in the following areas :
Required skill:
- Know the basic of SAP to solve any queries
- Basic knowledge of ABAP + Odata + IDOC
- Incidents resolutions
- Communication skills
- SAP PI (Process Integration)
- Business knowledge for support
- 100% availability during the support time/shift.
- Work on the Incidents as per priority - High Medium Low.
- Work on problem tickets.
- Should know the escalation matrix.
- Should work on Vulnerabilities and the other tools results to solve code issues and security issues.
- Communicate with the team on the same genre of INC for permanent fixes.
- Debugging skills
- Root cause analysis skills and experience
- Follow the Review mechanism or Peer review plan
