• Providing complete R&D support for product quality improvements, product cost reduction projects, supply chain changes
• Managing our global testing center
• Work On Business profitability
• Leading higher complexity application projects
• Create and maintain design FMEAs
• Review and release concessions
• Planning and organizing of daily testing activities
• Compiling, Reviewing and releasing testing requests and reports
• Development and implementation of new testing fixtures and setups
• Participation in defining V&V plans for development projects
• Analysis of field returns and products before / after testing
• Support for field service, product and process quality improvements
• Health and Safety for testing center
• Product and process competences in the regional sales organization

Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical with 12 - 15 years of relavant experience. Preferred Skills / Exposure as below:

• Long term experience in product development, mechanical design and testing
• Leadership and communication skills
• Some leadership experience e. g. from leading projects
• Experience in project management
• Prioritization skills
