Job Summary:
The Associate Analyst, Marketplace Management is responsible for Own and manage the end-to-end catalog lifecycle--ensure data accuracy across all item attributes enrichment, categorization and maintaining the relationship with the seller post onboarding. This will include monitoring performance, conducting business reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and triaging issues that arise. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with digital business or merchandise operations experience, home improvement or digital retail knowledge, and strong organizational skills. This role will partner across digital and merchandising to implement the category expansion strategy for third-party sellers, enable a clear process to get those sellers onto the site and continuously improve the process to reduce cycle time and increase seller satisfaction.
