Position Summary... Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. As a leader in the supply chain group, you are accountable and responsible for number of critical products/platforms that helps serve our customers in the most cost-effective manner in multiple geographies and businesses. What you\'ll do: You will present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership You will manage a high-performing team, and would need to coach, guide mentor them to build supply chain products that solves complex problems. You will be responsible for product strategy, roadmap and delivery of capabilities for Item, Inventory, Replenishment, Transportation, Warehouse and Store Management Systems. You will involve working with multiple product and business functional teams across several geographical regions and Walmart markets. Qualified candidates will be able to navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities by making data-driven decisions using enterprise and end customer value as a guiding principle What you\'ll bring: Advanced/master\'s degree in engineering or management is preferred. You come with 15+ years of software experience and with 3-4 years experience of leading product teams and product portfolio.
