The team you\'ll be part of As Nokia\'s growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible. The CNS Cloud & Cognitive business unit supports and operates communication service providers\xe2\x80\x99 (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. This team is the bridge between business development, presales, solutioning and delivery teams and helps in deal management/assurance of most crucial deals for CNS Cloud and Cognitive (CCS) business unit. An exciting opportunity to work in the ever-changing Telecommunication Industry. As a member of GDC Team, for our Cloud & Network Services. You will be a part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged, each team member selects the tasks to work on and exchanges daily with his/her team mates on the progress and challenges.

What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

  • Manage incident cause Identification, Analysis and Resolution
  • Manage incident progress updates, resolution & notifications
  • Manage individual priorities, SLAs/KPIs, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the overall network availability of some of the largest telecom/Internet service providers.

Your skills and experience You have:
  • Either an Engineering degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience In RAN(2G,3G,4G,5G), Transmission, Tools, Process NOC operations in leading the incidents and customer communication.
  • Willingness to contribute with creative, out-of-the-box solutions, to problems solving in a dynamic 24x7 environment, under high market pressure.
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Experience in Core, IP and Optics
  • Professional Level Certification ITIL and PMP
