This job isto address testing requirements ofglobal customerprojects. The incumbent joining the Global Test Team is expected to work in the areas of New Energy Vehicle (NEV) /Hybrids/EV's (Motor Control Unit, Vehicle Control Unit, Battery Management System, Advanced Driver assistance system, On Board Charger and Fast Charging, Health care, Industry, Hi-tech, Consumer goods ). The Job Responsibilities are: Good exposure to System engineering Understanding the system/functional requirements Developing a test case scenario, detailed test specification/test steps development, test script development, test execution and analysis, defect reporting for the test requirements Responsible for Requirement Analysis, effort estimations and work breakdown. Responsible for writing Test Specifications using industry standard practices and methods Responsible to automaton the test case using python, CAPL, VB, Java, Scala, GO, C/C++ etc Travel and work at customer (OEM) locations for both short term and long term in India/abroad Skill Requirements: . Good experience/ knowledge on Embedded C/C++, Matlab, Simulink, SysC . Embedded System for ECU/TCU/IOMT Device/Consumer device/Industrial device etc) -testing experience from component level to system level. . Experience of the system of system testing, ability to define test strategy and derive test scenarios at system level . Ability to debug at software and hardware level to perform root cause analysis using development environment and hardware debugging tools CRO/Spectrum analyze etc . Ability to write test stubs for the software component testing . Ability to conceptualize and implement automation solution using embedded C/C++, Python, CAPL, Java scripting Good grasp of test case development (Functional and System) Exposure to experience on HiL testing environments (ETAS/dSPACE/Vector - any one is OK ) Automation experience in C#, Python, perl, VB.net Should have worked with CAN tools like CANoe, CANalyzer or CANape , INCA Excellent verbal and written communication skills Vehicle Ethernet network testing for 100BASE-T1, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T1, Ethernet Node/network Protocol Conformance testing Capable of working independently on a given task TPT, Tessy tools, silverexperience for MiL/SiL testing Ability to learn and adapt to evolving tools/technologies Knowledge on protocols, CAN, LIN, UDS, DIOP, UDPNM Qualifications Bachelors/Masters in Electronics & Communications/Electronics/Electrical/Computer engineering Experience: 2-6 years Additional Information Good experience/ knowledge on Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow Testing experience in Automotive MCU, VCU, BMS, OBC, Fast Charging, ADAS or in Non-Automotive space eg: Health care, Consumer goods, Hitech, Industrial Good grasp of test case development (Functional and System) Exposure to experience on HiL testing environments (ETAS/dSPACE/Vector - any one is OK ) Automation experience in C#, Python, perl, VB.net, CAPL Should have worked with CAN tools like CANoe, CANalyzer or CANape , INCA TPT, Tessy tools, silverexperience for MiL/SiL testing Knowledge on protocols, CAN, LIN, UDS, DIO, UDPNM, Python/CAPL programming language Model based development experience Plant model development using Matlab-Simulink tools Unit level Test methodology understanding Logical, Analytical and Debugging/Problem-Solving skills. Automotive domain experience only preferred Experience in testing of ECU Control Software in MIL (Model-in-loop) and SIL (Software-in-Loop) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of working independently on a given task OEM/Onsite experience, direct interaction with Requirement Owner preferred Ability to learn and adapt to evolving tools/technologies,Ability to work with diverse teams
