Relevant SAP Experience :

• 15+ years as an SAP Technical consultant at various levels
• 7+ end-to-end implementations
• End-to-end experience as Lead Consultant in at least 1 large and complex implementation project
• End-to-end experience as Lead Consultant in at least 1 MNC Rollout projects (Global Template Rollout Projects)
• Good exposure to bids and presales
• Good exposure to practice building activities like POCS, training, accelerator building

Qualifications
Technical Areas : On-Premise (ECC, S4H) Competencies (Superset) : ABAP (Classic), ABAP on HANA, CDS, Enhancements, RAP, Extensibility, Embedded Analytics, BOPF, Adobe Forms, Upgrade, Web Services, Workflows, Interfaces, Code Quality, Fiori (Overview), Native HANA (Overview), Side-by-Side (Overview), Academic Qualifications : Engineering degree preferred with professional SAP certifications Communication skills : Good communication and stake holder management skills

• Quality reviews of output of project consultants
• Mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing associates as a technical leader
• Leading/Executing initiatives to build competency of relevant global templates
• Leading/Executing Training and Knowledge sharing
• Leading/Executing Demo Content Creation and Demos
• Leading/Executing initiatives to build system-based and non-system-based accelerators for rollouts and implementations
• Leading/Executing competency building in new areas e.g. POCs
• Leading/Executing initiatives to build sales collaterals
• Leading/Executing Innovation projects
• Leading/Executing Study and concept projects
• Troubleshooting e.g. with regard to technical issues/process issues faced by customers
• Spot consulting
• Defining a competency building roadmap
