We are looking for a young and hungry Marketing professional who is on top of the country\'s pulse, understands how trends work, is deeply aware of the millennial mindset & is willing to go all-in to create campaigns/experiences that set an example in the Industry.
The right candidate plays a pivotal role in how the brands are perceived in the designated market and how the restaurants perform on a day to day basis.
Detailed responsibilities as follows -
Marketing:
- Responsible for executing marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all communications executed in South Region for SOCIAL, Smoke House Deli, Boss Burger and other upcoming brand(s).
- Assist the regional managers to execute Local Store Marketing campaigns to support same store sales growth for the region.
- Lead the execution for new store / product launches.
- Coordinate with internal / external stakeholders for Design, PR, Communication and Digital Marketing to drive well rounded and high quality campaigns across platforms and channels
- Vendor management: Identify, manage & ensure timely delivery of the requirements as per internal procedures and policies. Including but not limited to Production, Print, Photography, etc.
- Compile monthly Marketing reports encompassing activities across brands, as per the requirement given by regional managers.
- Own the digital presence of individual stores across all online platforms - Facebook, Zomato, Swiggy, Dineout etc. Maintain updated information & resolve issues if any on a daily basis.
Community Building for SOCIAL:
- Identify forward thinking art and culture based communities in the region and build long term relations with them by collaborating on projects that build brand Social.
We\'re talking Film & Photography, Visual Art, Sports, Music, Inclusivity, Sustainability & more!
- Represent brand Social for such communities and be their go-to person - you are a call away if they need you and vice-versa.
- Curate, execute & analyse campaigns as per the identified National Community Strategy of the brand - work closely with counterparts in various regions to maintain brand consistency.
- Host hyper locally relevant events across various outlets in the region, meeting business requirements while staying true to the ethos of brand Social.
- Own, build & drive Social\'s collaborative-shared-workspace concept, known as Social Works.
- Maintain day to day hygiene of the workspaces, acquire members, retain them and build a close-knit community.
