  • Education: B Tech/ M Tech in Electronics Engineer / Mechanical Engineer/IT Engineer
  • Marketing Engineer & Deputy Marketing Manager Should have 2 - 10+ years of experience working in the Engineering industry into sales and marketing.
  • Sales Coordinator - B.Com ,M.Com - 2 to 5 year experiance in engineering Firm
  • 2-4 years of experience in import/export operations or customs clearance preferred.
  • Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
  • Key responsibilities and accountabilities: ( For Import -Export Executive )
  • The main responsibility of an Export and Import Executive is to foresee the movement of goods between the home country and other countries.
  • Coordination with DGFT, Ice gate Knowledge, Awareness of transportation rate and other coordination.
  • Coordinating and managing import and export operations to ensure smooth and efficient transactions for our client.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and buyer.
  • Coordinate with supplier to ensure quality standards, and timely delivery.
  • Promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any shipping-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs declarations.

  • Key responsibilities and accountabilities: ( For Marketing)
  • Plan and implement marketing strategy.
  • Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
  • Plan and manage sales according to agreed budgets.
  • Send sample details and trial reports.
  • Plan and Develop an excellent dealer network base for Company growth in the specific region.
  • Contribute to formulation of Marketing policy and strategy.
  • Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
  • Maintain and develop corporate image & reputation and protect and develop the company\'s brands.
  • Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
  • Other duties as assigned by the management.
  • Manage the export process from start to finish;
  • Use the most appropriate method of communication when being the first point of contact for all customers;
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities;
  • Liaise with customers to obtain information to ensure correct measures are in place and all customer needs are met;
  • Liaise with Customers,Converting Leads To Buyers, Company Introduction, Products Introductions, Build Relationship with customers, Managing Leads In CRM Software, Taking Orders From the Buyers
  • Key responsibilities and accountabilities: ( For Sales Coordinator)
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Check Account Ledger & Compare with Customer Ledger & Payment Follow up
