Our Exciting Opportunity ! We are now looking for an Implementation Head, are you interested? In this role, you will deliver and fulfill quality objective of organization.
As an Implementation Head, you will support Quality plan and execution as per project's requirement for all the circles. .
You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.
All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
You will:

• Overall responsible to deliver and fulfill quality objective of organization.
• Responsible for preparation of Quality plan and execution as per project requirement for all the circles.
• Drive Quality parameters in circles through Audits, Performance monitoring & governance with suppliers, including RSA center.
• Drive competency development program for Employees and suppliers on Product installation procedures and Quality.
• Manage customer expectations through regular governance and meetings for all the circles.
• E2E knowledge of quality, Installation and acceptance process in telecom organization.
• To monitor & drive the Quality, FTR and other applicable quality KPIs in Circle.
• Ensures collection and analysis of Quality KPI data involved in the project.
• Responsible for Level-3 Quality audits in projects
• To carry out high level governance of ASPs working in Circle for Quality workmanship & compliance to processes.
• To follow up with project, implementation, Circle ASPM & Sourcing for ASP related improvement, action plan & rectification, closure of audit points.
• To report quality issues with product or material to PDI and other concerned functions.
• To ensure execution and coordination of internal and external audits, assessments, and inspections.
• Responsible for the collection of customer feedbacks & understanding project quality standards, acceptance criteria and norms, to develop and optimize the product engineering quality standards.
• Ensures collection and analysis of Quality KPI data involved in the project.
• Assesses the quality of vendors and drive annual subcontractor validation audit for Quality.
• Physical and remote audit of deployed sites .

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Education- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• Experience Required- 14+ years
