Description What You\'ll Do We are seeking aspirational graduates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. Longer term you will grow, with the help of extensive training and experience of the team around you, into a team lead and eventually project managers or authorities in Business domain or Solution Architecture with full accountability and responsibility of the delivered solution for your own projects. This gives you an opportunity to apply your technology knowledge, skills, and experience to work in the Banking Consulting team with a new generation of Oracle Banking products in next generation architecture built using the latest technologies. Responsibilities include: Support Senior Consultants Project Managers and teams of hardworking, professional business and technology consultants in the delivery of business focused solutions for our clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technology. Using sound product skills and experience, you will initially work on specific project tasks to achieve successful project outcomes and client reference ability. Software Development & Delivery Design Analysis and Design Document preparation for the requirements, involving: Corporate Banking applications dealing with - Commercial Loans, Trade, Limits & Collateral Management, Payments, General Ledger, Interfaces, Workflows Product Implementation & Support. Alignment to Oracle internal processes Working with different internal collaborators in Oracle Required Skills/Experience What You\'ll Bring Your drive, knowledge, and commitment will help us become the number one cloud company in the world. We also look for: Experience of 4 to 9 years with 3 years in primary skill areas Experience in development and / or implementation and / or support of core banking applications. Good Knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP and REST based Webservices. Knowledge of Java Script, HTML Knowledge of Junit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, Unix Shell scripting Exposure to Application servers - WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss Exposure to middleware concepts - JMS, MQ, OSB Exposure to Security concepts - PKI, SSO, SAML Good Knowledge of Config, Design & Dev. Sound knowledge on SDLC - Water-fall and Agile Models Experience in Design / Code reviews Experience in Product Implementation and Support. Usage of tools for screen mock-up, UI prototyping tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in Flexcube or other core-banking systems from providers like - TEMENOS, FINNESTRA, TCS Bancs, FIS, INTELLECT Design, in similar role is significant Degree educated in a field relevant to Oracle\'s business Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail Domain appreciation, Business insight and analytical skills Ability to engage with a customer at all levels Ability to work independently when required, with a strong team approach A strong interest and skills for Information Technology Should have excellent communication and presentation skills and can willing to go that extra mile to attain precision Proactive, willing to take ownership, ability to quickly learn new technologies and take up new tasks and initiatives Should have excellent problem solving and technical fixing skills Should be willing to work at offshore as well as travel to client locations Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced and exciting environment Should hold a bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent degree Experience in working in BFSI Domain and specifically Banking is important Should have strong Oracle tech skills - PL/SQL, SQL, Java. Should have worked on end-to-end implementation of the solution from inception to debut Strong problem-solving skills and should have participated in supporting critical phases of projects
