Work, Play and Grow at BlackLine! Make Your Mark:: Blackline is looking for a multi-talented professional to wear many hats, with multifarious responsibilities. The Implementation Leader will be responsible for implementing the company\'s tools to new and/or existing clients. You\'ll Get To::

  • Serve as the overall project manager on implementations, which includes coordination with multiple internal teams to drive the successful implementation of the Blackline suite of tools in accordance with project timelines.
  • Leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with general direction and standard implementation procedures.
  • Drives and manages all implementation milestones to completion within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
  • Creates and maintains thorough documentation throughout the implementation
  • Leverages established industry standard project management tools to ensure the consistent and efficient implementation of all projects.
  • Communicates with key stakeholders to ensure risk awareness, project progress, set expectations, and define next steps in a timely manner.
  • Provides application feedback to Product team to enhance or resolve functionality for future releases.
  • Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing implementation projects
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional professionals
  • Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes (e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable & intercompany accounting)
  • Demonstrated strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, own and manage a project
  • Ability to prioritize with competing priorities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous or difficult situations or personalities
  • Must be proactive and have a sense of urgency
  • Ability to collect and analyze business requirements from a disperse group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organization and change management skills
  • Experience leading multiple large projects concurrently and managing complex project plans
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Management, Information Technology, or Finance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proven experience of working in virtual teams with members in geographically dispersed locations
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio), Smartsheet, Jira
  • Willing to travel as required
