A significant number of aPriori global customers have a large India presence and our user adoption footprint is rapidly growing in India. To locally support the India customer base, as well as to leverage the rich talent pool that India provides in Engineering/Manufacturing domain for Digital solutions, we are launching our aPriori India Solution Center. This Center will be a key strategic element for aPriori's global customer engagement with the intent to "bring the best of India to aPriori" from a talent perspective. We are looking at talented and experienced professionals across a wide spectrum of roles who are passionate about leading the next stage of digital industrial revolution in the Engineering/Manufacturing domain and want to thrive in cutting-edge areas of DFM/DTC/DfX and Model based Engineering(MBE). As we start up in India, you will have a great opportunity to be a part of an entrepreneurial team driving innovation from the front and working together with a global team who are thought leaders in this exciting space. We are looking to grow our India team rapidly and quickly, hence we are looking out specifically at individuals who are available to on-board quickly with us (e.g. in between assignments/have less than 1 month notice period). Job Summary: The Implementation Consultant (Configuration and Tools) plays an integral role in the implementation of the aPriori cost management platform for our customers through the understanding of their Mechanical and/or Electrical design or manufacturing processes, coupled with technical project management and execution. The position allows for the unique opportunity to work closely with a wide range of customers in many engineering industrial sectors, exploring their cost challenges, which results in a broad exposure to how a wide range of products are designed and manufactured. Responsibilities:

• Handles the project delivery and development of the technical side of the project, including solution configuration, user training, and usage mentoring.
• Supports aPriori solution configuration, which requires the modeling of manufacturing facilities, including capabilities, rules, and accounting rates as well as the ability to understand a customer's design and manufacturing environment and map those requirements to formulas and rules using aPriori's scripting language.
• Builds and demonstrates expertise on aPriori software and service offerings, Manufacturing Cost Models and Solutions Configuration.
• Meets both virtually and onsite with aPriori customers to provide technical expertise on how to align aPriori's software and service offerings to a customer's cost management requirements.
• Provides support to the Sales and Customer Success Management team during the sales process in the delivery of aPriori service programs which allow prospects to confirm the financial and strategic value that aPriori can bring them prior to engaging in a full solution rollout.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with a basic scripting language or developing automation in programs like Excel.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Must be comfortable presenting to clients in-person and by phone.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to balance multiple activities with limited supervision.
• Project management skills, including project planning, risk management, status updates.
• Ability to handle projects for multiple clients across different manufacturing sectors
• Understanding of design and manufacturing challenges when developing a product.
• Proven critical thinker and team player who is results-driven and has a positive attitude
• Ability to travel up to 30% (majority domestic travel Monday – Friday)
• Experience with CAD is a plus
• Prior experience to areas like DFM, DTC, DFX etc. is a plus
• Some programing experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• BTech or MTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical or similar engineering discipline.
• 12-15 years' overall experience in an engineering discipline (either full time or combined with internship) out of which at-least 5 years in implementing digital products/solutions (PLM/MOM etc.) in the Engineering/Manufacturing domain.
