SUMMARY The RealPage Investment Management group is hiring an Implementation Analyst II to join our AIM Implementation team. AIM is a state-of-the-art Real Estate asset management software, which allows clients to centralize and store all property-related data (financials, budgets, operating metrics and much more) in one main repository. The system also allows for the creation of reports and dashboards that can we shared with all relevant stakeholders. You will work alongside other team members in Implementations, Data Collection Services, Product Management, and Engineering when needed to investigate and resolve data quality issues on behalf of our clients. The implementation team will take a client through multiple phases of an implementation including kickoff, configuration, onboarding, training to go live while ensuring data quality and accuracy. Our business is fast-paced and time-sensitive to meet implementation timelines and rapid adoption by our customers. WHAT YOU\'LL DO The Asset & Investment Management (AIM) Implementation Analyst II will implement the AIM real estate application and associated services for clients of the Investment Management business unit. The successful candidate will work as an important member of a team of real estate business and operational analysts, and partner with internal leadership and the engineering team to execute the implementation of the Asset & Investment Management application for clients. The AIM Implementation Analyst will configure the AIM application per client requirements, import the appropriate in-scope data, train the client on the features and functionality of the application, and communicate progress updates to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the AIM Implementation Analyst II works closely with clients and data providers to perform the periodic collection, validation, reconciliation, and aggregation of real estate data. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Work within an agile, fast-paced environment to deliver advanced real estate asset and investment management software and professional services to RealPage Investment Management clients Develop expertise in AIM software features, functionality, configuration, reporting and interaction with source data applications Maintain project plans using project management software and ensure updates are documented and successfully communicated to project stakeholders Proactively identify potential project blockers or challenges and develop and own strategies to address those risks to the success of the project Document software functionality, processes, procedures, and best practices for use by both clients and internal resources Liaise with third-party data providers and venture partners to coordinate the submission, validation, and aggregation of data on behalf of clients Execute periodic reconciliations to source data records to ensure accuracy and compliance Implement operational quality checkpoint reviews and conduct periodic audits to ensure team compliance with policies and procedures. Identify, research, and determine a resolution for data quality issues including the coordination of source system data modifications with data providers Leverage real estate business knowledge to develop and manage systematic and data validation processes with a focus on data quality Work closely with clients, leadership, and other functional teams within AIM to understand client needs and integrate best practices Provide clear, timely client communications for inquiries, routine status updates, and resolution of service delivery issues REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 2+ years\' experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on real estate industry, with specific experience in accounting, financial reporting and/or data management. Familiarity with basic accounting principals Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are a must Experience in data analytics and reporting, market trends/analysis, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication to customers and internal teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently, and take initiative Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Experience with real estate accounting and/or portfolio/asset management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Anaplan, Argus Enterprise) Understanding of relationships between Property Managers & Asset Managers in the Real Estate Industry Ability to read/edit XML/HTML Ability to build and run macros
