Company profile: DM - Consultant is the leading immigration consultant for Canada PR, Australia PR, Student Visa, Visit Visa Services. We are having branches all over India and Overseas. Experience required: 0-2 Years (Freshers too welcome) Mandatory Requirements: Highly professional, Good English communication, Should be well versed about using computer/Laptop Objectives of this Role - Maintain constant communication with management, staff (India and overseas) to ensure proper operations of the organization are followed - Ensure operational activities remain on time with in the given TAT - Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets and deliver excellent customer service - Work closely with Team Leads and colleagues to make sure your activities would not lead to any complaints - Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization\'s internal capacity - Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives to enhance the process
