Job description \xef\x82\xb7 Build and manage thoughtful and scalable immigration process. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide in-depth counsel on global immigration processes and best practices. \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee global immigration case management; act as primary resource for employees on all aspects of immigration including visa, work permit, and permanent resident process and timelines. \xef\x82\xb7 Serve as the subject matter expert for immigration. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for all aspects of immigration casework, including forms, email correspondence and representation letters. \xef\x82\xb7 Providing strategic legal advice to employees and clients and ensuring dissemination of information across the team. \xef\x82\xb7 Taking responsibility for supervising invoicing, credit control, escalating any issues to the Director. \xef\x82\xb7 Setting timetables and completing quarterly reviews for reporting team (to include all consultants) ensuring meetings are completed in a timely manner and reports written up within TAT. \xef\x82\xb7 Completing training assessments for each member of reporting team, managing staff progression , identifying training requirements and monitoring progress during quarterly reviews. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring retention of reporting team, identifying any areas requiring improvement, monitoring career progression and general morale within the team.
