The Attorney/Paralegal will be required to help resolve critical challenges in the lives of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s clients. The ideal candidate will assist the attorney with the preparation of Family Petition, U-Visa, Asylum, Naturalization and other immigration cases for filing with USCIS and EOIR. Some key responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Conduct client intakes \xc2\xb7 Gather all required documents and evidence from clients \xc2\xb7 Draft applications and petitions \xc2\xb7 Organize final application packages \xc2\xb7 General administrative support as required The ideal candidate must be consistently motivated, detail oriented, delivers high-quality work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and fluently speaks, reads and writes in English. A law degree is not required, but the candidate must quickly develop the relevant skills and knowledge to effectively complete the assigned responsibilities. Also required:

• Displays professionalism, quality service and a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude both within the Firm and with the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s clients
• Builds knowledge of the Firm and client processes
• Demonstrates attention to detail and achieves high level of productivity

While the position will start with remote work, the employee is expected to transition to in-person work four months after employment start date. The attorney will receive compensation in the amount of INR 3,60,000-6,00,000 annually.
