Exposure to working in Agile Delivery Model. Working experience in Siebel-CRM, Netcracker, CPQ, Kenan, Network Fault monitoring tools (SMARTS, Netcool, Ciena UAA) Working experience in any of the functional areas like CRM / Order Management/ Inventory management/ Billing /Service Assurance etc. Test Planning & Execution. Stakeholder management and delivery management experience with excellent communication & leadership skills.
