The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and Python, with over 10 years of relevant experience. The CTO will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the company's technological strategy and operations.
• Design, implement, and manage ERP solutions to streamline business processes and operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments and production units.
• Utilize Python to develop, optimize, and maintain technical applications critical to the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technological solutions.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and IT infrastructure scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in the steel manufacturing industry and adopt best practices.
• Mentor and manage the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
• Knowledge of Python with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining applications.
• Educational Background: BE/ Btech,MCA- Computer science/ IT/ electronics & telecommunication
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the steel industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in integrating IoT and automation solutions into manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of database systems and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the steel industry- preferred but not mandatory.
