Join our Team About This Opportunity This role includes management and co-ordination of long term and short-term assignment (LTA & STA) and entire mobility life cycle beginning from assignment initiation, support during assignment till repatriation. This included the operational support and processing along with advisory and point of contact for various stakeholders like Managers, employees, HRBP and SME\'s. Typical Interfaces Sound knowledge of global assignment processes for Middle East and Africa Liaising with Tax, relocation, healthcare vendors along with government bodies and authorities Liaise with Regional Delivery Managers, IM Specialists, and IM contacts along with other teams. What You Will Do Apply and facilitate execution of HR policies & processes Advise on interpretation of legislation, processes and policies Ensure compliance with legislation, processes and policies Execute HR processes & policies both global and local Communicate processes and policies to the business Be a ready Back-up for another Market Area Deliver HR services Prepare & Perform SOX controls, compliance, internal and external audits Maintain day to day cooperation & contact with external parties Manage various Payroll systems or any other local tools Manage HR delivery Manage HR Delivery process for respective market areas which includes Hiring, Extension and Termination and supporting year-end activities Good knowledge to manage and calculate complex payroll claims, retro claims, foreign exchange retro calculation, One-time payment calculation, Tax & Compensation. Medical Expenses, Visa cost compensation, Check over payment of salary, refund of payment etc. Define and report on KPI\'s Ensure compliance with data privacy legislation Manage HR data Generate reports & statistics Analyze and present statistical data Ensure legal compliance of data management Manage governance calls and prepare governance slides and Monthly business review slides You will bring 7 years\' experience in International Mobility having a good communication skill. Previous experience in a similar role managing International Assignments in a relationship management and advisory capacity preferred. Must have good knowledge of International Mobility processes, directives, and ways of working Must have Global Payroll knowledge Must have advance knowledge of MS Excel Good to have fair knowledge on global tax regulations and FSI Good understanding of cross border risk, compliance, and regulatory controls Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of employees at all levels of the organization Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality of information. Proficient on preparing and delivering presentation. Good inter-personal & oral/ written communication skills.
