Business Development Executive (Fresher/Up to 1.5 years of experience) - TelecallingResponsibilities :- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients globally, promoting our web and mobile app development services.- Generate leads and qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and effectively presenting our company\'s offerings.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up and relationship management.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Requirement s :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 0 to 1.5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.- Strong telecalling and cold-calling abilities, with the confidence to engage and persuade potential clients.- Good knowledge of web and mobile app development concepts and technologies will be an added advantage.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
