Job Title: IELTS Trainer Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to prepare students for the IELTS exam (Academic and/or General). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, designing course materials, and helping students improve their English language proficiency and test-taking strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct IELTS training sessions for individuals or groups. Assess students' current level and develop customized study plans. Teach the four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Provide detailed feedback on student performance and suggest areas for improvement. Conduct mock tests and practice exams. Develop or adapt lesson plans and course materials. Stay updated on changes in IELTS test patterns and scoring. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics. Certified IELTS Trainer (British Council, IDP, or equivalent) is an advantage. Minimum 1 years of experience teaching IELTS or English proficiency tests. Excellent command of English language. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with online teaching tools. Ability to motivate and engage learners of diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in online and offline IELTS training.
