Here\'s an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced IT Product SME like you! Join us as you play a role an advisory role rather than working on \'delivery\' yet operating with full freedom to review and inspect delivery quality and to assure Shell products/applications perform as intended. Where you fit in Your predominant skill sits with the business domain, application, or product. As an IDT Product SME, you will provide technical assurance and insight regarding the relevant application, product, or domain. You will also work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager throughout the product lifecycle or the Portfolio Manager across the application lifecycle. What\'s the role As an IDT Product SME, we\'ll entrust you with executing technical research & development, technical assurance of the delivery of the product/portfolio roadmap with the IT delivery organization. Furthermore, these are the key tenets to the role: Provide technical assurance and expertise to support full product/portfolio lifecycle including discovery, agile delivery, and operations Serve as a technical thought leader on the art of the possible and support / advise on creation of associated product/portfolio roadmaps Proactively participate on the cross-functional product/portfolio team Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful Product/portfolio team outcomes Collaborate and work with vendors and suppliers regarding technical issues Advise on the IT Product or Application and act as escalation point for quality and technical issues Participate in IT Product/portfolio strategy to bring the view of technology implications Guide continuous improvement efforts to support business outcomes Work with product technology/portfolio application vendor(s) to understand new functionality/changes to associated roadmaps Suggest product/portfolio development opportunities (functional and technical), and contribute improvements to the associated roadmap What we need from you We\'re keen to hear from professionals who are able to drive innovation themes into the product/portfolio team and into the wider IT natural team whilst working with a range of global business stakeholders. Further requirements are as follows: Bachelor\'s degree 9-12 years of total experience working on business analysis for medium to high complexity products/portfolios in Product domain Good working knowledge of Requirement gathering and analysis Experience with Agile methodology Act as an interphase between PO and Engineering team Knowledgeable at tools such as Microsoft Agile, JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow is preferred Microservices & Cloud Native Architecture exposure is a plus Agile certifications (e.g., SAFE/PMI) is also a plus
