We are currently seeking a IDS - Process Analyst, to join the team based in India, Chennai

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

The Process Analyst works alongside IDS Process Owners in defining the process, workflow and task, implementing the defined processes and improving once established. The primary objective of the Process Analyst is to help the organization realize increased value through the established process, by maximizing operational efficiencies, collecting, and analyzing metrics and identifying and correcting process deficiencies. This role has the required authority to ensure the process and associated KPI is established.

Understanding the as-is process.

  • Responsible for defining and maintaining processes in line with the ITIL framework.
  • Responsible to define IDS Process Governance and ensure adherences.
  • Evaluate, understand, and analyze the process regularly for any deviation and improvements if any.
  • Interact with IDS SMEs directly to understand their process needs, and guides to integrate them into ITIL processes.
  • Supports the creation, design, and implementation of new and revised processes to ensure they are aligned with Organization Objectives and Guidelines.
  • Create a process inspection methodology aligned to key measurements.
  • Responsible to maintain the IDS section of Global BPMS
  • Responsible to ensure compliance of Global BPMS processes with Corporate Quality
  • Interacts with Corporate Quality in all matters relating to Global BPMS and Quality Documentations
  • Performs data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending to develop appropriate process changes.
  • Develop gap analysis with leaders and identify opportunities and initiatives.
  • Responsible to process, analyze, and manage publication of management information, audit, and reporting the timely tracking, coordination, and communication of process-related information.
  • Responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing process maps, and recommending changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicates and Publicize document issuance.
  • Responsible to organize and run the Process Document review meetings with IDS Global BPMS Steering Committee in accordance to IDS Process Governance
  • Responsible to maintain and improve IDS document repositories
About You:

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified ITIL Expert or at least 2 Intermediate modules Foundation certification or equivalent experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Management Professional.

Knowledge / Skills:

An organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Business Process Management Systems
  • Solid understanding of Process mapping, modelling and Process improvement
  • Ability to develop and present decision-briefings to senior leadership.
  • Experience/expertise/exposure to other related frameworks and standards like ITIL v4, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, COBIT, CMMi SVC, PmP etc.
  • Should have assessment/auditing skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles , software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles, various technologies fit together to deliver enterprise IT services, IT infrastructure and networking concepts
  • Strong technical writing skills
Experience:

Candidate should have overall (5-15 yrs) of professional IT experience, out of which 5+ Years of experience on Business Process Management Systems
  • 2+ years of experience working in large-scale IT organizations.
  • 2+ years Business Analytics experience.
  • 2+ Experience managing multinational, multi-cultural teams (desirable).
