Job Description

Responsible for driving sales and growth of Working Capital Loans in your designated area through the Branch Channel. Manage a team of Relationship Managers and their team in sourcing loans and handling the existing customer service and renewals. You will be a creative problem solver, finding solutions to help the RM's achieve their goals.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability of working capital loan products.
  • Ensure the Relationship Manager's productivity
  • Strengthen the branch channel relationship to ensure a steady flow of leads
  • Ensure New to Bank Customers Loans, New Loans and Renewals
  • Existing customer service and complaints.
  • Maintain a good rapport with loan operations and credit department
  • Ensure the TAT in loan disbursal.
  • Activation of inactive accounts
  • Overall responsible for the total P&L of the region's Working Capital Loans Business
