Responsibilities

• Oversee the liabilities business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
• Set and achieve targets for new customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of branch managers and their teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the liabilities segment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in banking with a focus on liabilities.
• Proven track record of managing and leading multi-branch operations.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
