As a Private Banker/Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the South region- Understand clients' financial goals and provide customized banking and wealth management solutions- Cross-sell various banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide them with expert financial advice- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients- Stay updated on market trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private teamQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, as well as investment and insurance products- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the local market is preferred
