About this opportunity !

Supply IT Infra Engineer day-to-day work includes Ericsson Industrial Computer Access Management (EIC AM) solution Global implementation and support and also management and administration of internal and external IPU sites MECM infrastructure together with central management of industrial PC\xc2\xb4s and desktop PC\xc2\xb4s. Availability to work in shifts (the department will start to operate in 24-hour on call support if required)

What you will do!

Handling of incidents, service requests, and queries (mostly 2nd and 3rd Line support) and provide the resolution within the SLAs.

24-hour on-call support (sometime urgent support during weekend or during night. Around 15 days per month you should be ready to pick up phone call also during night or weekend. Due to service ramp-up phase, it is expected that initially there are few such calls per month).

Install, Configure and Deploy EIC AM and EIC NG (MECM) solutions.

EIC AM global rollout projects support.

Configure and handle Ericsson Industrial PC device profiles, app deployment, and updates.

Implement security policies and compliance standards for handled computers.

You will bring :

Education -Graduates of B.Tech or similar Technical education.

This position requires working in an on-call support.

Understanding regarding Identity & Access management domain.

Knowledge of Windows operating Systems and their components and Windows infrastructure services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, etc.)

Write user instructions and internal procedures.

Flexible in approach to work content and responsibilities, along with out of hours and On Call Support during weekends and holidays.

Experience from working with customer service.

Ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving skills. Be a good team player.

Flexibility and ability to work both in a team as well as individually.

Manage all infra devices and ensure all devices are security compliant, which includes patch management and vulnerability management.

Able to maintain a positive and collaborative attitude in stressful situation.

Self-motivated & can perform multitasking.

Microsoft\xc2\xae Certified Solutions Associate: Windows 10

Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

CompTIA Network+

CompTIA Security+

Cisco Certified Network Associate
