Job Description

Customer Service:

Greet customers, provide samples, answer questions, assist with flavor selection, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately scoop ice cream and serve it in cones or cups, adding toppings as requested by the customer.

Cashier Duties:

Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and process transactions.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness by wiping down counters, cleaning equipment, and ensuring the store is organized and presentable.

Inventory Management:

Restock ice cream flavors, cones, bowls, spoons, napkins, and other supplies.

Food Preparation:

May include assisting with basic food preparation and storage tasks for baked goods and other items.

Operational Duties:

Perform opening and closing duties, such as preparing the store for the day or cleaning it at the end of the shift.
