Job Description

Job Overview: As the production associate you will be expected to produce ice cream, gelato and other frozen dairy products for a premium brand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

? Production

? Routine production of ice cream/ gelato as per the given production plan and standardized recipe ? Production of toppings, flavor pastes, fruit purees etc ? Coordinating dispatch of produced items to outlets via vehicle

? Quality Control

? Ensuring standardized recipe is being followed

? Checking for any changes in quality of the final product

? Ensure proper storage of final product and ingredients

? Proper maintenance of equipment

? Inventory

o Maintain proper inventory

o Coordinating with central stores to ensure smooth production

o Place orders for purchase of materials according to production plan using a preset template

? Ice cream service

o Manning the ice cream counter and handling service once a week until closing

Qualifications: Fresher with background in Food Science/Culinary Arts with a passion for food, organized method of working and an understanding of the importance of consistent product.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
