Your role
Exciting opportunity available in Middle office team which is responsible for

• Calculating Coupon payments for exotics and structured products based on the term sheets
• perform T0 v/s T1 checks
• Perform expiry on monthly and quarterly basis
• Manage corporate action event processing
• reconcile source data to ledger, resolve any breaks
• ensure the maintenance of a strong internal control environment.
• manage ad hoc queries from stakeholders including front office, coo, financial controllers
• Work on ad hoc projects , provide ideas to push Digital agenda

The successful candidate will demonstrate the highest professional behavior, drive and commitment, and continuously strive to improve both their business and technical expertise, as well as improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the end to end process. The ability to take ownership, solve problems and work across the bank is essential.
Your expertise

• Ideally 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar profile control function, financial services background would be a plus
• Ability to consistently perform and deliver timely reconciliations and controls
• Great at problem analysis and resolution: identify and examine problems in order to understand them, generate options and recommend solutions which are logical, reasonable and realistic
• Proven risk assessment, fostering a zero tolerance policy for poor integrity and risk taking
• Clear communication style and escalation awareness
• On top of industry and market driven initiatives, such but not limited to automation and digitization, to understand risks and their impacts
• Good partner, collaborator across functions to deliver strategic projects and change
