Job Description


Roles and responsibilities:

- You will be expected to carry out tasks that are assigned to you from time to time by the Reporting Manager at the association. However, your primary responsibilities are detailed below:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance IAMAI\'s perception as a leading industry body and representative of the digital industry.

- Promote awareness of IAMAI events, including conferences, seminars, global roundtables, and other formats that bring together professionals from the digital industry.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

- Collaborate with IAMAI members across various industry segments to improve the quality of offline and online marketing efforts.

- Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee the creation and approval of marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, case studies, and other collateral.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize future efforts.

- Utilize a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Koo, Google, YouTube, Taboola, and Quora, to drive engagement and generate leads.

- Implement content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, and lead generation strategies.

- Monitor consumer behavior and adjust social and email advertising campaigns accordingly.

- Produce valuable and engaging content for the IAMAI website and blog that attracts and converts target audiences.

Technical skills:

- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on various platforms: Google Adwords, Business Manager for social accounts, and competent to drive leads.

- Hands-on experience in using emailing tools, social media management &/or programmatic to acquire relevant consumer segments.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

- The candidate should also be able to manage vendors and bring in new ones for objectives-driven campaigns.
