Talent Acquisition – Non-IT
We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately who have 3-6 Years of
experience in Non -IT Recruitment.

Candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
? Prepare and maintain various recruitment details & database
? Source candidates from job portals, social networking sites, references
? Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone
screenings
? Schedule interviews, shortlist candidates and coordinate with the training team
? Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates
? Maintain data and create reports
? Work collaboratively with other departments across the organization as needed

What we are looking for?
Qualification
? MBA, BBA graduate students would be preferred
Abilities
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Experience working with Microsoft Office
? Are available for full time (in-office)
? Are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

You will be a member of the HR Team in the I Learn Future office in Jayanagar 4th Block,
Bangalore. The position is office-based, with working hours ranging from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m. Monday through Friday.
