We build solutions that don\'t stop at the home but also bring that gigabit experience into the home using our meshed Wi-Fi solution. The Nokia Wifi Business Line delivers Wifi Beacons along with Cloud based Mesh solution. All Beacons are controlled via Nokia Wifi App. We can manage our home\'s connectivity via Nokia WiFi Cloud solution powered by Cloud controller hosted in public and private cloud to optimise the WiFi at home. What you will learn and contribute to The Hardware Engineer - RF/Wifi will be responsible for working with various engineering and project teams to design, troubleshoot, modify, and run qualification testing various electrical equipment under development of Fiber ONT RG and Wifi AP. 1, Design, test and troubleshoot RF circuits such as Wifi Radios forvarious electrical equipment 2, Select and assess suitability and reliability of electronic components 3, Maintain product documentation 4 , Interact with Application, Software, and other Electronic Engineers to meet customer/system requirements of hardware designs 5, Prototype electronic circuits and document measurements and results 6 , Review and approve electrical documentation (schematics, assembly drawings, BOM, PCB layouts, etc.) 7 , Perform failure analysis of electronic circuits. Issue report on findings as well as recommendations on opportunities for continuous improvement 8 , Assist other members of the hardware group and/or project teams 9 , Supporting factory production line test remotely and on site. Your Skills and Experience Position: Hardware Development Engineer RF / WiFi Title : Technical Lead Dept.: Fixed Network Broadband Device BU Location: Chennai / India 1, The candidate must be bachelor\'s degree with more than 3 years or master\'s degree with more than 2 years working experiences in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in the industry or similar domain. 2 , At least 2 years of successful hardware design experience and solid understanding of the hardware product design lifecycle process. 3, Experience with RF, Wireless or digital communication circuits a plus. 4 , Experience with transmitters and/or Receivers and general RF concepts. 5 , Experience with compliance and regulations like CE, ETSI, ANSI, FCC, ANATEL, NORM over the global. Has the ability to debug the hardware design during certification test. 6 , Experience with circuit schematic capture and layout and simulation software 7, Experience in using test equipment such as Digital Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, DC Power supplies, Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzers etc. 8, Skilled in organizing, prioritizing and coordinating working relationships with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization. 9, Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Chinese mandarin is a plus.
