Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation fans. Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule and record all tasks completed. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform corrective actions. Attend guest complaints related to temperature, ventilation, and humidity issues promptly. Check and maintain refrigerant levels, replace filters, clean coils, and inspect ducts. Maintain cold rooms, freezers, ice machines, and other refrigeration equipment. Take daily readings of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, and report abnormalities. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and professional condition. Ensure all HVAC operations comply with safety standards and energy-efficient practices. Assist the Engineering team in general maintenance activities when required. Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or overhauls.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
