Responsibilities - Improve end to end Hiring process. - Assisting in sourcing talent across functions by maintaining JDs on digital platforms. - Conduct thorough background checks - Monitor progress of employee during training periods. - Create coordinate & execute employee performance analysis and appraisal cycles - Maintain updated employee records & documentation - Document & update company policies as required - Aid in any compliance with Government norms where required. - Manage onboarding, payroll if needed. - Conduct exit interviews when employees leave. - Increase Employee job satisfaction by assisting with team building activities. Who you are - 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources. - trained in the dark arts of hiring across different industries and levels. - You know how to handle conflicts delicately and smartly. - You understand work & personal boundaries and know how to navigate between them clearly, especially from the point of view of sensitive information. - you thoroughly enjoy team building. - you love bringing people together and are known in your circles as a born matchmaker. - you\'re self motivated and don\'t mind working little or as much direction. - you deal with friction by relentlessly pursuing your goals Qualifications Graduation or Post Graduation
