We are excited about your interest in our current job opening. Our organization operates two entities, namely SFLWorldwide in the logistics sector and Webment360 in IT. We are in need of an HR professional proficient in staff management, recruitment, and onboarding processes for both companies. This role holds significance as we are expanding our IT division. Currently, our team consists of approximately 25 members, with continuous recruitment efforts in our IT department. Role Details: Timings: UK Shift (IST 2:30 P.M to 11:30 P.M) Immediate Joiner (within 15 days or less) Exceptional communication skills Minimum 2 years of prior experience Office-based position Location - Makarba, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of both SFLWorldwide and Webment360. 2. Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates. 3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. 4. Design and execute effective training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and competencies. 5. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. 6. Support the team with administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. 7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being across both companies. 8. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements. 9. Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to continuously improve HR processes and policies. 10. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing necessary guidance and support. It\'s important to note that both companies are US-based, with most of our SFLWorldwide team members adhering to US work hours.
