Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Design and Implement annual appraisal program for the company based on the AOP, Balanced Score card and company objectives \xef\x82\xb7 Align staff to business objectives \xef\x82\xb7 Design and implement best HR practices in the company \xef\x82\xb7 Recruit the right talent and implement practices to retain and groom talent \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives, including certification for the brand building \xef\x82\xb7 Review performance of the organization and HR department and provide feedback and corrective actions for manpower productivity and morale \xef\x82\xb7 Manage Payroll and benefits for employees and other legal compliances \xef\x82\xb7 Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture \xef\x82\xb7 Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member \xef\x82\xb7 Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company\xe2\x80\x99s current offerings \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring HR records are maintained \xef\x82\xb7 Learning and development planning and management \xef\x82\xb7 Running disciplinary procedures \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring compliance with organizational policy and procedures Qualifications \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant experience \xef\x82\xb7 5+ years\' experience in Human Resources/HRBP role \xef\x82\xb7 Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and problem solving and leadership quality \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated establishing HP practices and certifications for brand building of the organization \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills \xef\x82\xb7 Attention to detail and good judgement \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Hospitality industry preferable Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9600,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
