Job Description

- As the HR Manager for University, you will play a key role in managing and developing HR strategies and programs that align with the University vision and goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions related to university recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee development.

- This position requires a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment..

- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies for university hiring. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and anticipate staffing needs. Coordinate and conduct campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and other university-related events. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professors, and student organizations to attract top talent.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Requirements. Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in university recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with educational institutions and student organizations. Proficient in using HR management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
