Role Description Ckredence Wealth is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions. This is an on-site role located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment and retention, benefits administration, performance management, and maintaining compliance with state and federal employment laws. The Human Resources Manager will report to the CEO. Qualifications Experience in managing employee relations and recruitment and retention Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
