HR Executive cum Admin required for Garments Factory
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- View and monitor the office and work as an administrator.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including recruiting, interviewing and hiring new employees
- Managing Employees and labourers in garment factory
- Managing Labourer\'s payments, deductions and time management in the factory.
- Develop and implement the company\'s human resources strategy, policies and procedures.
- Create and run employee training and periodic development programs
- Maintain human resources information including employee information, payroll, and enrollment benefits.
- Maintain employee relations and resolve office-related issues or issues.
- Manage staffing plans and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage payroll and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Create employee recognition and rewards.
- Monitor and manage employee health and safety. Manage and resolve employee grievances and grievances.
- Provide human resources support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Negotiate and manage employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
