Job description

Reporting to General Manager - Power Technique Business Area, Customer Centre in India, we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with Human Capital vision to support the mission and business strategy. Your task will be to provide end to end HR solution to meet the continuing & future needs by focusing on effective employee development & engagement initiatives.

Mission

1. Working closely with the General Manager and his teams to ensure that HR is aligned with the business and the customer centre strategies.
2. To contribute in making the company "First in Mind - First in Choice" for present and future employees, by recruiting & retaining the best talent and providing a smooth on boarding experience for the new joinees.
3. Implementation of HR Policies and people management processes as per "the way we do things".
4. To assure that the people develop in line with the company's mission by defining, organizing and facilitating relevant competence development programs
5. Make sure that appraisal system is properly implemented in the company
6. Drive various employee engagement, Branding and retention initiatives.
7. Safeguard that diversity and health & safety policies, guidelines and improvements are implemented
8. To measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics
9. To improve & enhance the HR offering by implementation of "best HR practices".
10. Act as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to act according to the company's values.
11. Ensure that we attract and employ the right people to the right organizational structure.
