Job Overview:The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including employee relations, compensation, staffing, training, organisational development, safety and change management strategies. Ensures that Human Resources objectives are aligned with business strategic goals and fosters employee involvement at all levels.Vendify is an IoT SaaS that helps enterprises manage their vending machine business on a monthly subscription model.Vendify offers a complete solution through which Vending Machine businesses can manage their entire supply chain from supplier to their end consumer as well as making vending machines smart by digitising them and offering enhanced customer experience to their end consumers.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

• Plan and pursue team based improvement.

• Supervise the talent acquisition team.

• Responsible for the new hire orientation process.

• Training and development of new joinees.

• Maintain employee records.

• Responsible for relieving procedures of an employee.

• Act as liaison and ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.

• Conduct disciplinary actions.

• Managing payrolls, attendance, Insurance etc

• Providing counselling, guidance and answering questions on policies and procedures.

• One on one meetings with employees.

• Performance Appraisals & Promotions.

• Creating and update documents like handbooks, policies, processes, offer letters, annexures, salary slips, NDAs, EEAs, appointment letters etc.

• Resolving employee conflict.

• Ensure health & safety of employee.

• Organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per yearSchedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida Sec -2 , Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR: 2 years (Preferred)
