Job Description
Managing end-to-end hiring of Freight brokers for US Logistics Process. Interact with assigned stakeholders across locations, understand their requirements, and fulfill the same using quality resources within TAT. Sourcing \xe2\x80\x93 Developing and implementing various sourcing strategies including employee referral, sourcing from Linkedin & job posting. Candidate Engagement \xe2\x80\x93 Post-offer acceptance, regular joining follow up and first SPOC of all enquiries Conducting interviews and coordinating the entire process of recruitment. Offer Negotiation with the candidates. Intimation of joining date to the candidate. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants\xe2\x80\x99 abilities Conduct job and task analyses to documents job duties and requirement Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
