Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives, including workforce planning and succession planning.

Talent Management:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring), onboarding, and retention, often using HR software (ATS).

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison, resolve grievances, foster engagement, and ensure a positive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Design and manage competitive pay structures, benefits, and reward systems.

Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal systems, career development, and training programs.

Policy & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and regulations.

HR Operations:

Manage departmental budgets, HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), and ensure efficient HR processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR software (HRIS, Payroll, ATS). Solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or certifications (SHRM, SPHR) often preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
