Qualification:

MBA in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end hiring, interviews, and joining formalities.

Payroll & Compliance

- Oversee salary, attendance, and statutory processes (PF, ESIC, TDS).

Employee Relations

- Handle grievances and promote a positive, professional culture.

Performance Management

- Lead appraisal process and ensure fair evaluations.

Training & Development

- Identify training needs and conduct learning sessions.

Policy Implementation

- Enforce HR policies and ensure labor law compliance.

Health & Safety

- Maintain safe, hygienic staff accommodation and workplace.

Engagement & Retention

- Drive welfare activities and retention programs.

Exit & Settlement

- Manage resignations, exit interviews, and F&F processes.

HR Reporting & Strategy

- Prepare HR dashboards and support management initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,532.62 - ₹63,351.32 per month
