Creating and building a Human Resource Department from scratch.
Human Resource planning, understanding the business activities of the group, estimating the manpower requirement and employing the right human resource in the right, departments in alignment with the business strategy.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Create job analysis and design for each position.
Informing the management on manpower requirement and creating budgets for the same in consultation with the management.
Conducting the entire recruitment and selection process and filling positions.
Creating, executing, and overseeing training and development plans for employees by working closely with their respective department heads.
Designing workplace policies and standard procedures keeping in mind the interests of both employees and employers.
Monitoring performance of all employees and conducting appraisals every 6 months.
Help create and maintain a positive work culture which keeps employees happy and motivated, increasing productivity while also attracting fresh talent.
Managing succession planning of employees.
Managing payroll and attendance in coordination with the finance department.
Resolve employee problems and bridge employee and management relations
Ensure health and safety of employees.
Creating rewards and incentive programs for employees.
Creating a database of human resource for the group.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
