The HR Manager will be responsible for the management of all HR functions, including employee recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management. They will oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for handling employee relations matters and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Experience in HR management, including managing employee compensation, benefits, and performance management Knowledge of HR policies and regulations Ability to handle employee relations matters Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in a startup environment is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
